Pendetide
Capromab Pendetide is an FDA-approved imaging agent for detecting soft tissue metastases in prostate cancer. It consists of the monoclonal antibody Capromab conjugated to the chelator Pendetide, which binds the radioisotope Indium-111. This radiopharmaceutical is used in clinical and research settings for in vivo imaging of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) .
