NMB-1
NMB-1 is a synthetic conopeptide analog that selectively blocks sustained mechanically activated currents in sensory neurons (IC50 ~1 μM) . It is used in research to study mechanical pain transduction, including in models of pressure-evoked pain and auditory mechanosensation.
