MK2-IN-5
MK2-IN-5 is a cell-permeable, selective pseudosubstrate inhibitor of MAPKAPK2 (MK2) with a Ki of 8 μM. It blocks the MK2 protein interaction domain, inhibiting HSP25/27 phosphorylation, and is used in vitro and in vivo to study p38 MAPK pathway signaling in inflammation and cellular stress models.
