Melan-A/MART-1 analog

[Leu27]-Melan-A/MART-1 (26-35) is a modified immunogenic peptide with enhanced HLA-A 0201 binding. Its pyroglutamyl (pGlu) form, resulting from N-terminal cyclization, offers increased stability for research. This peptide is used in vitro and in vivo for T-cell immunology, cancer vaccine, and adoptive immunotherapy studies.
