LVGRQLEEFL (mouse) (TFA)

The G peptide (LVGRQLEEFL, mouse) is an apolipoprotein J fragment (residues 113-122) with anti-inflammatory and anti-atherogenic properties. As part of the chimeric HM-10/10 HDL-mimetic peptide, it has demonstrated protective effects against oxidant-induced cell death in retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptors in research models.
