Glucagon (22-29)

This peptide fragment acts as a partial agonist of the glucagon receptor C-terminal fragment (19-29) . It independently inhibits the hepatic plasma membrane Ca2+ pump without stimulating adenylate cyclase, making it a useful tool for studying calcium signaling and liver physiology in vitro.
