AP 811 acetate
AP 811 acetate is a potent and highly selective antagonist of the natriuretic peptide clearance receptor (NPR3), with a Ki of 0.48 nM and >20,000-fold selectivity over NPR1. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study ANP signaling and cardiovascular function by blocking ANP-induced pump stimulation.
