DPLG3
DPLG3 is a specific inhibitor of the chymotryptic-like β5i subunits, effectively inhibiting mouse i-20S proteasomes with an IC50 of 9.4 nM. This compound is applied in immune disease research, including in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models for autoimmune disorders such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.
