Foxy-5 Ammonium Salt is a WNT5A-mimetic peptide agonist that activates non-canonical calcium signaling without β-catenin involvement. It inhibits cancer cell migration and invasion in vitro and has been shown to reduce metastatic spread in mouse models of prostate cancer, particularly in cells with low endogenous WNT5A expression.
