WIN 66306 is a cyclic heptapeptide derived from A. flavipes that acts as a dual antagonist of neurokinin-1 (NK1) and NK2 receptors. It concentration-dependently inhibits substance P-induced contractions in guinea pig ileum assays and is used in vitro to study tachykinin receptor function and related physiological pathways.
