Culture system: Solid medium. Preparation: Washed and heat treated organisms are presented as a suspension in phosphate buffered saline. Inactivation: This product has been inactivated by heat treat-ment. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
