Spantide I TFA
Spantide I TFA is a selective NK1 receptor antagonist and substance P analog with a 35-fold selectivity for NK1 (Ki=230 nM) over NK2 receptors. It modulates the corneal cytokine profile by reducing type 1 and increasing IL-10, demonstrating efficacy in reducing corneal perforation in infection models.
