TPP-1 hydrochloride

TPP-1 is a PD-L1-binding peptide inhibitor with a Kd of 94.67 nM. It restores T-cell function in vitro by blocking PD-1/PD-L1 and shows in vivo antitumor efficacy in a humanized HL-60 leukemia xenograft model at 4 mg/kg, supporting immuno-oncology research.
