Physalaemin

Physalaemin is a tachykinin peptide originally isolated from amphibian skin. It acts as a potent agonist of mammalian neurokinin receptors (NK1, NK2, NK3) and is widely used in pharmacological research to study smooth muscle contraction, neurogenic inflammation, and pain transmission in both in vitro and in vivo models.
