PPACK
PPACK is a synthetic peptide-based thrombin inhibitor that binds irreversibly and with high specificity to the thrombin active site (Ki = 0.24 nM) . It is widely used in vitro to study coagulation pathways and platelet function, and has been applied in vivo to investigate thrombosis models.
