MM-401
MM-401 is a specific MLL1 histone methyltransferase inhibitor that reprograms mouse epiblast stem cells to naive pluripotency. It is used in epigenetic research, stem cell biology, and cancer studies, including in vitro assays and in vivo models for leukemia and development.
