Labradimil

Labradimil is a selective bradykinin B2 receptor agonist that transiently increases blood-brain barrier permeability. It is used in research to enhance the delivery of hydrophilic chemotherapeutic agents like carboplatin to brain tumors, as demonstrated in both in vitro endothelial models and in vivo rodent studies of brain metastases.
