Z-LLNle-CHO
Z-LLNle-CHO is a cell-permeable gamma-secretase inhibitor that induces apoptosis in human glioblastoma tumor-initiating cells. Its mechanism involves proteasome inhibition and the induction of mitotic arrest. This small molecule is used in vitro for studying cancer stem cell biology, neurodegenerative pathways, and mechanisms of proteasomal dysfunction.
