N-Oleoyl Valine
N-Oleoyl valine is an endogenous TRPV3 receptor antagonist implicated in thermoregulation, with levels increasing in mice during cold exposure and in lung tissue following acute injury. This N-acyl amine also promotes mitochondrial uncoupling, making it a useful research tool for studying metabolic and inflammatory processes in vivo and in vitro.
