Bz-IEGR-pNA (acetate)
Bz-IEGR-pNA is a chromogenic substrate designed to measure Factor Xa activity. Upon cleavage of the IEGR sequence, it releases p-nitroaniline (pNA), which is detected at 405 nm. This substrate is widely used in vitro for coagulation research, including enzyme kinetic studies and inhibitor screening.
