Bilaid C
Bilaid C is a fungal-derived tetrapeptide and μ-opioid receptor agonist (Ki=210 nM) . It inhibits cAMP production in vitro and activates G protein-coupled inwardly rectifying potassium (GIRK) channels in rat brain slices (EC50=4.2 μM), making it a useful research tool for studying opioid receptor signaling and neurophysiology.
