β-Endorphin (1-27) (human) (trifluoroacetate salt)
β-Endorphin (1-27) is an endogenous opioid receptor ligand with high affinity for μ- and δ-receptors. It exhibits complex in vivo pharmacology, demonstrating antinociceptive activity in mice at higher doses while antagonizing the effects of full-length β-endorphin at lower doses, and it induces monocyte chemotaxis in vitro.
