AP 811
AP 811 is a potent and highly selective antagonist of the atrial natriuretic peptide clearance receptor (NPR3), with a Ki of 0.48 nM and >20,000-fold selectivity over NPR1. It blocks ANP-induced cardiac stimulation and is a valuable tool for investigating NPR3 function in cardiovascular and renal physiology, both in vitro and in vivo.
