GP (33-41)
The GP (33-41) peptide is the immunodominant H-2Db-restricted epitope from lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus. It potently stabilizes MHC-I on RMA-S cells (SC50 344 nM) and is a strong agonist for P14 transgenic CD8+ T cells, making it essential for T cell immunology research in both in vitro and in vivo models.
