Amylin (8-37), rat

Rat Amylin (8-37) is a truncated peptide analog that selectively antagonizes the effects of native amylin. It is used in research to study amylin's role in modulating insulin-mediated glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis in skeletal muscle, both in vitro and in vivo.
