X-press Tag Peptide
The Xpress Tag is an N-terminal fusion peptide containing a polyhistidine sequence, the Xpress epitope from T7 phage gene 10, and an enterokinase cleavage site, enabling detection by Anti-Xpress antibodies. This tag is widely used for protein purification, detection, and cleavage in both in vitro and in vivo recombinant protein expression studies.
