Dynamin inhibitory peptide, myristoylated (control)

This myristoylated control peptide version of the dynamin inhibitory peptide serves as a negative control, competitively inhibiting dynamin-amphiphysin binding to block endocytosis. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study clathrin-mediated endocytosis pathways, particularly in neuroscience, as it does not affect GABAA receptor-mediated miniature inhibitory postsynaptic potentials.
