LSKL TFA
LSKL TFA is a blood-brain barrier permeable TGF-β1 antagonist derived from LAP. It functions by inhibiting the TSP-1/LAP interaction, thereby blocking TGF-β1 activation. This mechanism has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models of subarachnoid hemorrhage, renal fibrosis, and liver fibrosis.
