Beraprost sodium (TRK-100) is a potent vasodilator, has the potential for pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment through expanding renal vessels, improving microcirculation[1]. Beraprost sodium (TRK-100) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
