BAM (8-22)

This endogenous peptide, first isolated from bovine adrenal medulla, is a potent and selective MRGPRX1 agonist with EC50 values ranging from 8 to 150 nM. It lacks the met-enkephalin motif found in BAM 22P, conferring no opioid receptor affinity.
