Recombinant human P-Selectin, C-His-Avi (HEK293), with a concentration of >0.5 mg/ml, expressed in HEK293 cell, and a purity of >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It was purified by AC, and has a C-His-Avi tag. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 100-120 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
