Tiragolumab
Tiragolumab is an immune checkpoint inhibitor binding to the T-cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain (TIGIT). Tiragolumab in combination with Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab (HY-P9906) has benefit in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Tiragolumab can be used to study non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and melanoma[1][2][3][4].
