Zosurabalpin

Zosurabalpin is a polypeptide antibiotic targeting LPS transporter (LptB2FGC complex), which can block the transport of LPS and lead to endotoxin accumulation in cells, and has shown excellent antibacterial activity against Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni (CRAB) [1] [2].
