EGFR-IN-78 (compound A5)，a 2-aminopyrimidine derivative，is a reversible inhibitor of EGFRC797S-TK，and also an inducer of apoptosis. EGFR-IN-78 shows anti-proliferative activity，inhibits EGFR phosphorylation and arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase[1].
