EGFR-IN-78 (compound A5), a 2-aminopyrimidine derivative, is a reversible inhibitor of EGFRC797S-TK, and also an inducer of apoptosis. EGFR-IN-78 shows anti-proliferative activity, inhibits EGFR phosphorylation and arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase[1].
