Bioactivity
The biological activity is determined by the dose dependent proliferation of mouse CTLL–2 cells. Optimal concentration for individual application should be determined by a dose response assay. ED50 range = 0.08–0.5ng/ml

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin-2 in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage Conditions
Stability: Lyophilized Interleukin-2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -1°C. Upon reconstitution Interleukin-2 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -1°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
