Purity
Greater than 97.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity
The biological activity is measured by its ability to induce IL-10 secretion in COLO 205 (human colon carcinoma cells) . The expected ED50 for this effect is 0.15-0.75ng/ml.
Form
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin -22 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage Conditions
Stability: Lyophilized Interleukin-22 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL22 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
