Mouse IL36RN Protein
Recombinant of mouse IL36RN protein
Product Specifications
Source
Escherichia Coli
Field of Research
Immunology & Inflammation
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-36a, IL-36b or IL-36g induced IL-6 secretion by NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.8-4ug/ml (corresponding to a specific activity of 250-125units/mg) in the presence of 15ng/ml of recombinant mouse IL-36b.
Form
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL36RN in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage Conditions
Stability: Lyophilized IL 36RN although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL 36RN should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
Notes
For research use only.
