Human sRANK Receptor Protein
Recombinant of human sRANK Receptor protein
Product Specifications
Product Name Alternative
TNFRSF11A, ODFR, RANK, Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 11a, Activator Of NFKB, Receptor Activator Of Nuclear Factor-Kappa B, CD265 Antigen, LOH18CR1, TRANCER, CD265
Source
Escherichia Coli
Purity
Greater than 98.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity
The ED50 as determined by its ability to inhibit sRANK Ligand induced nuclear factor kappa B (NFkappaB) in RAW 264.7 cells is less than 50 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 2.0 x 104 IU/mg in the presence of 15 ng/ml of recombinant sRANK Ligand.
Form
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized RANK in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage Conditions
Stability: Lyophilized RANK although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution sRANK Receptor should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
Notes
For research use only.
