Mouse MDC Protein
Recombinant of mouse CCL22 protein
Product Specifications
Product Name Alternative
C-C motif chemokine 22, Small-inducible cytokine A22, Macrophage-derived chemokine, MDC (1-69), Stimulated T-cell chemotactic protein 1, CC chemokine STCP-1, CCL22, MDC, SCYA22, ABCD-1, DC/B-CK, MGC34554, A-152E5.1, CC chemokine ABCD-1, Activated B and dendritic cell-derived, DCBCK.
Source
Escherichia Coli
Purity
Greater than 97.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Bioactivity
Determined by its ability to chemoattract human activated lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml corresponding to a Specific Activity of 10,000-100,000IU/mg.
Form
Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CCL22 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage Conditions
Stability: Lyophilized CCL22 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution CCL22 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
Notes
For research use only.
