Human MIP 3b Protein

Small inducible cytokine A19, CCL19, Macrophage inflammatory protein 3 beta, MIP-3- beta, EBI1-ligand chemokine, ELC, Beta chemokine exodus-3, CK beta-11, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19, CKb11, MIP3B, MIP-3b, SCYA19, MGC34433.

The Activity of CCL19 is calculated by the ability to chemoattract Human T cells using a concentration of 7-40ng/ml corresponding to a Specific Activity of 25,000-143,000IU/mg.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3b in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability: Lyophilized MIP-3b although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution CCL19 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
