Greater than 95% in the sum of different glycosylation isoforms according to following section as determined by SDS-PAGE and capillary electrophoresis.

Stability: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles

Applications: Western blot with rabbit anti-PR3 antisera and mouse anti-PR3 monoclonal antibodies. Coating concentration: 0.5-1.0 μg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer) . Suitable for labeling of functional groups
