Cys-Protein-G Protein
Cys-Protein G is produced in E. coli as a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide consisting of 201 amino acids with an N-terminal cysteine residue. It has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 21.9 kDa, but migrates with an apparent molecular weight of about 40 kDa on SDS-PAGE.
