BCL2 prevents cytochrome c release from mitochondria and binds to apoptosis-activating factor (APAF-1). BCL2 Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived BCL2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
