Hu14.18 (K322A) is a humanized anti-disialoganglioside GD2 monoclonal antibody that contains fully human amino acid sequences for immunoglobulin G1 heavy and kappa light chains. hu14.18 (K322A) has antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) . hu14.18 (K322A) can be used for the study of high-risk neuroblastoma[1].
