Human/mouse/rat ERK2 double mutant protein

ERK1 double mutant human is a recombinant protein containing a polyhistidine tag expressed in Sf9. Analysis by SDS-PAGE resulted in a pattern consistent with purified ERK1 and was estimated to be greater than 90% pure.

Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Human ERK1 mutant recombinant protein has been tested in SDS-Page and is suitable as a negative control protein for immunoassays using antibodies targeting the critical ERK1 phosphorylated T202 or Y204 residues. For western blot use at 50 ng or less. For other assays concentration is user optimized.
