Human/mouse/rat ERK1 protein

ERK1 is a recombinant protein containing a polyhistidine tag expressed in Sf9. Analysis by SDS-PAGE resulted in a pattern consistent with purified ERK1 and was estimated to be greater than 90% pure.

Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Human ERK1 recombinant protein has been tested in SDS-Page and is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-ERK1 in immunological assays. For western blot use at 50 ng or less. For other assays concentration is user optimized.
