Lipid 14 is an ionizable amino lipid. Lipid 14 delivers mRNA into target cells, significantly enhancing the in vivo expression efficiency and immunogenicity of mRNA. Lipid 14 can be used to synthesize lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) . Lipid 14 can be used for studies of SARS-CoV-2 and Yersinia pestis[1][2].
