IHC: Frozen section of Human Hypothalamus shows staining of galaninergic axons in the human periventricular nucleus. Recommended concentration, 0.2-0.5μg/ml.WB: Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 13.3kDa according to NP_057057.2) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
