ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Cerebral Cortex and Hippocampus) lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1μg/ml) .
