Applications Notes

IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil shows textured nuclear staining. Recommended concentration, 3-5μg/ml.WB: Approx 90kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines A431 and A549 (calculated MW of 91.8kDa according to NP_001189.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/ml.
